Join us for our Making the West Side website launch and a conversation at Hull-House exploring the ways in which activists and artists creatively engage youth to address historical and contemporary issues of gender justice, patriarchy and safety on Chicago's west side. Speakers include: Danton Floyd, activist, educator, UIC PhD student and founder of 360Nation (http://education.uic.edu/academics-admissions/student-life/strong-identities-urban-healing); Scheherazade Tillet, Executive Director, A Long Walk Home (http://www.alongwalkhome.org/).
